Ingredients For the BBQ sauce 1 cup (240 g) ketchup 3 tablespoons (45 g) apple cider vinegar 2½ tablespoons (37 g) Worcestershire sauce 6 tablespoons (85 g) dark brown sugar ¼ cup 85 g) Karo ® Light Corn Syrup 2 teaspoons smoked paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon mustard powder 1 teaspoon fine sea salt ½ teaspoon black pepper For the BBQ chicken wings 2 pounds (905 g) chicken wings 2 tablespoons (30 g) baking powder 2 tablespoons (16 g) cornstarch ½ teaspoon fine sea salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper Corn oil, for frying ¾ cup Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce, plus more for dipping Directions For the BBQ sauce Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
